Refund policy

Refunds are issued to your account wallet, automatically, on a same-day SLO. The policy below is the binding text — it does not change at our discretion mid-week.

  1. Within 30 minutes of purchase, before key activation

    Full refund to your account wallet, one click, no questions asked.

  2. After activation

    Prorated to the next unused full-week boundary, refunded to your account wallet.

  3. Staff-initiated refunds

    If verification is denied, or an account is closed before service is rendered, the full balance is refunded to the original deposit coin.

  4. Service interruption

    If a tier-wide outage exceeds 24 hours within a billing week, that week is credited automatically. Pro tier receives double credit.

  5. Chargebacks

    Crypto settlement is final, so chargebacks are not possible. The policy above replaces them — and we honour it without escalation.

Same-day SLO means a refund eligible under rules 1–4 is reflected in your wallet within 24 hours of the qualifying event. If it isn't, contact support and we credit the balance immediately while we investigate.
